This week, we honored our employees with an Employee Appreciation BBQ. Staff, their families, volunteers, Sisters, and Residents were all invited. They were able to enjoy different types of salad, along with hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, and ribs. The Residents got to meet the staff’s families and hold their babies. Some Residents enjoyed the babies so much, they did not want to give them up!
We also had games, gave out prizes, included a tv drawing, and announced our Employee of the Quarter. We had a downpour of rain all week, so we were nervous that the event would get rained out, but we got lucky and it held off until the evening.
