JOIN THE RAISE THE ROOF CAMPAIGN

Villa Guadalupe is in desperate need of this re-roof project.

The building is over 36 years old and has experienced leaks and water infiltration for many years. Efforts have been made to remedy the leaks and infiltration with minimum success.

Based on Engineering and Architectural studies, a re-roofing and water mitigation design and plan have been implemented to preserve the integrity of the Home and extend the life of the structure so that the elderly poor can continue to be welcomed in this Home for many years to come.
